How it plays

1. Take the job, scout your first class
Your first task is recruiting the first-years you will spend three years with. Scout them to see their real ability, then recruit to raise the chance they join.

2. Practice and training camp
Practice runs month by month on its own. You pick what each player works on and how camp goes. Players come to you with requests and promises along the way.

3. Games play out pitch by pitch
Every pitch is simulated, with fatigue, pitch counts and the opposing ace's workload all in play. A game takes a few minutes.

4. You make the big calls
The game stops only when it matters: sacrifice bunts, steals, pinch hitters and pitching changes, each with its odds of success.

5. Your calls, reviewed
After the game, each call is replayed hundreds of times against the alternatives, so you can see whether it was luck or judgment.
Features
Three years, then it's over
You take over in spring as a new class arrives, and follow them to their final summer. Summer, fall and spring tournaments, up to seven in all, every one single-elimination. Lose once and that tournament is done.
A serious, pitch-by-pitch simulation
Pitcher fatigue, the 500-pitches-a-week limit used in Japanese high school baseball, tiebreakers from the 10th inning, and the DH rule including a pitcher who also bats. The game runs itself and stops for the decisions a manager would make.
Every call gets a second opinion
Your decisions are simulated against the other options and compared by win probability, so you learn from each game instead of guessing.
Players you'll remember
Each player keeps a journal of their three years: how they were recruited, their first hit, their uniform number, big moments and the promises you made. Rarely, a two-way talent walks in the door.
A manager's career
Every class you finish adds to your reputation. A better reputation makes scouting easier at your next school, and once you are established you can take over strong private schools.
About the game
Free, with no purchases or ads. All players, tournaments and pro teams are fictional. School names are generated from real place names in each prefecture, so one may match a real school by chance; the game has no connection to any real school or organization.

FAQ
Q. Is it free?

Q. Do I need to sign up or download anything?
No. Open it in your phone or PC browser from this page and play right away. It is built for a phone held upright, and works on PC too.
Q. How long does it take to play?
One class (three years) takes about an hour to an hour and a half. A game takes a few minutes, and progress saves automatically, so you can stop and pick up later.

No. Japanese high school teams play knockout tournaments in summer, fall and spring, and seniors retire after their last summer. The game explains the rest as you go.
Q. Can I stream it or post videos?
Yes, freely, including monetized videos and streams. No need to ask first. See the section below.
